Daily Prayer (READ OUT LOUD, YOUR WORDS ARE POWERFUL)

God,

Hold me near to your heart and navigate my thoughts back to clarity. Clear my path and point point me into the right direction of how you would like me to think, build, and move as I continue on this journey. For everything that I do is for you and your kingdom. Anoint me in your sacred peace, confidence, and speed. Do not allow any negative thought to go by without me destroying them. In this season bless me, truly bless me mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially as I share my gifts, skills, and wisdom to my clients/customers/community. Thank you for always giving me everything that I need.

AMEN/ASHE

Anxiety Reduction Method

Practice CATCHING your thoughts when anxiety or frustration shows up.
PAUSE and REFRAME your anxious thought by ASKING yourself "what would your optimal self be focusing on at this moment"
What is the SPECIFIC task that will push my goal forward?
Turn on your timer and lock in for 1.5 hrs to focus on that ONE task. I like to use this video to keep me on the ball. (NO non urgent text/calls/scrolling is allowed during this time- Learn boundaries immediately)
25 Squats to boost your brain circulation ESPECIALLY if you haven't been going to the gym! 👀
